Schedule your free phone consult
We’ll chat about your brand, goals, challenges, and how we can help you. You’ll be able to ask questions and talk timelines. By the end of this call, you’ll know which package is right for you.
Reserve your spot on the production schedule
Submit your deposit to officially reserve your production time. The schedule is booked in advance in 2-4 week slots. Smaller projects require less time, full video campaigns take about a month.
Project kickoff + Full Payment
Payment is due before official kickoff. At the beginning of production we’ll kick off with a 1-2 hr call. During this time we’ll review your goals and challenges, talk through your overall marketing strategy, messaging, and distribution channels. Then we’ll tie all these things together into the key points to hit with the video campaign. After this meeting you’ll receive a breakdown of the points covered as well as a production schedule detailing each of the next steps and when you can expect them.
Creative Pitch
We’ll develop 2 creative ideas and pitch them to you. Since time is of the essence, we’ll need your selection within 24-48 hours of the pitch meeting.
You relax, we work
Once the idea has been selected and solidified, we’ll squirrel ourselves away in our creative garage to hammer out, shoot, and edit your video(s).
Feedback Loop
There are two rounds of review: first upon delivery of the rough cut and the final polish cut. The rough cut is where the biggest points of feedback should be provided, and the polish cut is tiny tweaks. Don’t worry, you don’t have to remember all this. We’ll walk you through it once we get there!
Final Delivery
After the final round of feedback, we’ll deliver your final video file(s) in the specifications set forth at kickoff. Let us know if there are any other file types you need. Now you’ve got your quality digital video and can publish according to your editorial calendar!

We’re running on tight timelines and need to be able to reserve talent and crew. Unfortunately, they no longer accept “exposure” as payment anymore.

Our goal is to get as much info as possible during kickoff to ensure that we’re developing something that will resonate with your ideal audience. However, we understand that stuff happens, we’re not perfect, and there’s a chance we don’t hit the mark.
If that’s the case, we’ll discuss whether the goals and challenges laid out in the kickoff are still correct. Then we can determine whether the ideas pitched could still work with some tweaks, or if we’ll need to come back to you with a new pitch.

This is something we can discuss during the consult call, as it impacts the delivery timeline. Since we’re promising such a short production to delivery window, any additional back-and-forth will push back the completion date.
For a 2 week turnaround, additional feedback rounds are not possible. For the larger projects, this is an option we can discuss. Just keep in mind that more time = more investment.
