This video was part of the broader Global Growth Index content marketing plan. We did a whirlwind tour all across the US to visit three different businesses all dealing with different challenges as unearthed by the report.

With CO and KY checked off the list, it was time to head on over to the East Coast for the final stop of the Global Growth Index tour: Radwell International.

We picked Radwell not only because of its state of the art automation (makes for some dope footage) but because of its innovative way of handling the labor shortage. They’ve actually operationalized their mentorship process, and it starts all the way back in High School with paid internships. Plus, new hires get assigned a mentor immediately to help show them the ropes.

I found it really interesting how they intentionally would pair older generations with younger. This is a method I’ve seen other companies starting to adopt, and there are tons of benefits— for the young and the experienced. I have no doubt that Radwell’s growth mindset enables them to consistently succeed and continue to innovate with their technology and their people strategy.
